Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Planet Dream Vacations website or making any bookings. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, booking or using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation number.
• You are responsible for ensuring all traveller information provided is accurate.
• Minimum age requirements and ID proof may be required for certain packages.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• We accept payment via Razorpay (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) and Paytm.
• Receipts and invoices will be emailed to your registered address.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• 72+ hours before travel: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee.
• 48–72 hours before travel: 80% refund.
• 24–48 hours before travel: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours / No show: No refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Itinerary Changes

Planet Dream Vacations reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, government orders or force majeure events. In such cases, a suitable alternative will be offered or a refund issued at our discretion.

6. Liability

• Planet Dream Vacations acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides).
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage caused by third-party service providers.
• Travellers should have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

7. User Conduct

Users must not post reviews, comments or content that is defamatory, offensive, misleading or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove such content and ban offending users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Planet Dream Vacations or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction.
