How to Cancel a Booking
- Log in to your account and go to My Bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel Booking" button and confirm.
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email with refund details.

Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5โ7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 2โ3 business days
- Wallets (Paytm): 1โ2 business days
Non-Refundable Items
- Visa and permit fees
- Special event packages (Kumbh, Diwali specials etc.) โ no refund once booked
- Processing fee of โน500 applicable on all refunds
Cancellations by Planet Dream Vacations
In case we cancel a tour due to natural calamity, government restrictions or insufficient bookings, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. No cancellation fee applies in such cases.
